I am pleased to report on our latest adventure to take some of our older resients to see the Pantomime CAMELOT performed by Kippax Amateur operatic society at the Phoenix theatre. all the participants were collected locally and were given front row seats and a free shower as part of the production ( nobody is safe from Mark's water pistol) the show was enjoyed by all and the interval ice cream went down a treat.
Unfortunately this brings me onto the serious business. this may be the last event that the Kippax village action can organise. The organising group has now dwindled to only 4 members due to the resignation of Howard and Hillary . they have both done a great job for the group in organising some of the outings etc.
All the organising team get a great deal of satisfaction from sorting out the trips etc. even though at times we get a bit fraught .
If we could get 2 or 3 people to join our happy band organising trips out, panto visits, Mystery tours, we would love to hear from you.
